Empower Candle Company Return Policy
At Empower Candle Company, we strive to ensure every customer receives a high-quality, handcrafted candle they love. However, due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns for candles based on scent preference.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee everyone will enjoy the fragrance of each candle, as scent perception is subjective. We strongly encourage you to explore our detailed scent descriptions and consider purchasing the smallest available version of the candle you are interested in before committing to a larger candle.
However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. In the event of:

- Damage during shipping: If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require pictures of the damage to the candle and the shipping box for verification. Upon confirmation, we will gladly offer a replacement candle or store credit of equal value.
- Unusable condition: If your candle arrives in an unusable condition (e.g., melted due to extreme heat), please contact us immediately with pictures for verification. We will do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement candle or store credit.

- Refunds are not offered in any instance, only replacements or store credit.
- We cannot offer returns, replacements, or refunds for candles that simply are not enjoyed due to scent preference.
